Shotcut 18.03.02 video and audio track bug :(

I opened Shotcut added a video track using the keyboard CTRL-Y. 1 track was added to the timeline.
Started a new file. Dropped a video clip on the source player. Added the clip to the playlist using the + icon pressed CTRL-Y and 2 video tracks were added to the timeline. Every time I add a new clip to the source player and + it to the playlist then press CTRL-Y for a new track 2 tracks are added to the timeline.
Same happens when I use CTRL-U for audio tracks. 2 tracks are added to the timeline.

This only happens when the + icon is used to add to the playlist and the keyboard is used to create the new track.

This was not happening in 18.01.02.

I reproduced it. At first, I was clicking + on the Timeline. Then, I realized you wrote Playlist.

I fixed it for the next release. I do not yet think it is severe enough to warrant a new release. There is some potential, and I did some light testing to see if shortcuts repeated enough to be harmful.

With this bug we were getting a 2 for 1.

This is fixed in version 18.03.06.
