I’ve installed Shotcut new version 17.01 on my Windows 10 pc: after running, when I load pictures/videos/music files, application crashes. I have Win 10 PRO on Intel i5-3230M CPU, 8 GB RAM. I had to install again previous version 16.12.03. Does anybody have the same problem?

No issues here. Did you remove old settings/registry during installation?
There have been problems with spaces and non-ASCII characters in path/files/dirs before. Perhaps simplifying the paths might help.
Very little has changed between 16.12 and 17.01. I cannot think of anything that would potentially cause a problem. I do not reproduce the problem and neither my daughter.
The same problems !!
