Is there any way to shake a video quickly (other than the two presets)?

You can create your own Shake effect with the Size, Position & Rotate filter and save it as a Preset with the preset Save button:

The only other way I know to make a Shake effect is with the Old Film: Projector filter where you set every parameters to zero, except Vertical amount and Vertical frequency. But of course, the shake is only vertical, and the effect gets repetitive after only a few moments.
