Separator between seconds and frames

Hello,
I just noticed something weird with the latest version 19-04 but that already existed with the 19-02.
On projects in 25 fps, the separator between seconds and frames is a “:”

On projects in 30 fps, the separator between seconds and frames is a “;”

This is normal. A semi-colon is typical notation to indicate usage of drop-frame timecode for non-integer frame rates.
