Separate left and right channels of audio

I saw a similar question but the answer suggested duplicating a mono track, that’s not what I want to do.
I have a wireless mic that provides a loud left channel and a quiet right channel. I’d like to be able to remove one or the other and just have the good audio. How do I separate the left channel of the audio and the right channel?

or… (this would just leave sound on the left channel, and nothing on the right.
