Screen-in-Screen, need help to skew to trapezium

I try to make something like this:

I find it easy to use Chroma key to transparent my own “TV Frame”
But I can’t find a way to “Scale” the video I want to display into the trapezium shape.

Greatly appreciate if anyone who knows how to do this can give me a brief.

You can try the corners filter. Not part of the standard SC filters. Made a UI for it a while back. Not complete, but it might do what you want.
