RTL text is rendered in wrong order

The following text (" I like …") “…אני אוהב את”
the “…” is rendered at the beginning of the sentence instead the end

Triple-dot has no direction.
Try wrapping it in a right-to-left mark, as described at: Right-to-left mark - Wikipedia
