Rich Text cursor disappearing?

I’m using 20.10.31, 64 bit on Win 10.

While typing text into the Rich Text filter, the cursor often disappears. Likewise with using the arrow keys to more forward and backward over already entered text.

Does anyone else notice this?

You might need to get the timing just right and scroll past just a couple letters then stop. If I try this a few times I can make the cursor disappear.

This was already reported a few times and fixed in the new version for which there is a beta, but I will release in a couple of days if you prefer to wait.

Sorry about that. I did a quick scan of recently reported bugs before I posted but didn’t notice anyone reporting this.

I don’t mind waiting for the next release. This small bug is certainly not a show stopper.
