Reusing a video saved in shotcut - buffering

First I save a video in shotcut, I reopen shotcut with the new video I just saved. After clicking around a little and splitting, the video starts to buffer bad.

Is this a bug, or is this a format issue. Which format is should I use?

  • I saved every video with the default H.264 type
