OS: Windows 10 (but it’s the same on openSUSE)
Shotcut version: 24.09.13
Using the handles for actions like resizing or applying a simple mask is and has always been a chore in Shotcut. The standard pointer (arrow) doesn’t always convert to a double-headed arrow when it should, and the on-screen reaction is sometimes delayed to the point of being unpredictable or at least unreliable.
I encountered this issue with other Qt-based software, and so I wonder whether this is Qt problem or one of Shotcut.
