Prepare two clips that both have a similar prominent color. Apply either Chroma Key: Simple or Chroma Key: Advanced to the first clip and adjust the filter settings to remove that color. Then use the Replace feature to swap that first clip with the second clip that has that similar prominent color. Even though the Chorma Key filter will stay put, the effect will be undone. You will have to remove the filter and reapply it again for it to work. Demo.
