Hello everyone,
I am using shotcun for the first time, and i am not an IT wonder :slight_smile:
Shotcut version 20.04.12
I worked very long on a video, but now that it is finished i can’t export it. I am exporting it to a new extern hard drive 980 GB, because i haver no more room on my pc.
I am using the H264 main profile and its a video with 4 tracks, but when I try to export it I always get this message

Can anyone help me with this, i put so mutch work in it.

Maybe you are running out memory:

  1. reboot
  2. start shotcut and nothing else
  3. open the project but do not play it
  4. export and wait for it to finish before starting anything else

Also, I see you are using the 32-bit version. It is less stable, can only use up to 3GB RAM, and has been discontinued. So, limited memory is the most likely problem. Use 64-bit if you can. Otherwise, reduce tracks if you can. 4 tracks of 1920x1080 is a lot for this 32-bit program.
