Removing an item from each frame

I would like to know how we can remove an unwanted item from each frame of a is video in Shotcut. This is something similar to the wire-removal option in video editors . Could someone please help?

It depends on what the video looks like and the items to remove, if it is an object on a fixed shot we can extract an image of the video, edit it in a photo editor to have a “patch” of the area without the item and use this patch on the video to hide the item, but if the video is not a fixed shot then it is more complicated and in this case the passage in a compositing software imposes, for example Natron which is an Open Source software or paid software there is After Effect or Nuke or Fusion

You can try using the Spot Remover filter.
