Hi,
How do you normally “Remove Background or Cutout” ?
Although some other tools’ background removal is not perfect, but sometimes it’s useful for some quick projects like shorts & real even stories.

Glaxminate is the only way?

Any Mask filters and possibly in combination, but there is no magic wand. Mask: Draw (Glaxnimate) provides the most control over a complex shape.
