Please add properties “Remove All Empty Tracks”
In clip Properties or Timeline menu? Why?

Because When there are lots of tracks, tracks can be deleted without realizing it or a track that appears to be empty can be deleted.
OK, that makes sense but, given the long list of things to do, I doubt any current developers will get around to it for a long while if ever. In the meantime, be careful or do not bother to remove empty tracks.
