Refund Request

Hi , Im not using your app but your charged my bank account witj 2,300 pesos, this is for my medication. please bring back the mlney, coz it makes no sense that i dont have your app, im not using it .

We do not sell the application. If you bought through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft sold it to you, and you need to request a refund from them:

They might not give you a refund after some time. If you bought it elsewhere you need to figure out where you bought it, maybe look at your credit card statement. If you buy Nike shoes from a store, you cannot get a refund from Nike, only the store.

I tthink it was downloaded from playstore.

If you are talking about the Android app named ShotCut, we do not make that. It something else that borrowed our name. Google sells it, and the company that makes that app is (currently) https://aiai.sg/

Here is the play store page

I read that it has “In-app purchases.”

Well, you forgot the not…

@lhea He means he doesn’t make the app that is on android.
Also, the android app is just a copy of the name, you can issue a refund for the charges to Google, and it depends on your local laws -

Also, go to playstore, and check if you have any active subscription on the subscription page

And if you forget to cancel the subscription, they would still charge you, doesn’t matter if you have the app or not.

And it’s ridiculous to see that android app charge 110 bucks when Adobe’s cloud subscription is only 50…
