Record Audio : sizzling sound

What is your operating system?
OSX 12.6 (Monterey)

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?
22.09.23

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
When I use the “Record Audio” button on my mac, the result is not that good. I have sizzling and popping sounds erratically on my record at low volume as a high ones. I tried to record with the integrated mic of my macbook or with an external mic and the result is always the same. Here is a little sample

I saw a guy on YouTube with the same issue: (if you are sensible to surgery, don’t look at it :face_vomiting:)

He said he has no issue when exporting. As you can hear on my sample, it’s not my case.

Are you listening to and sharing the actual file that was recorded or the result after exporting it within Shotcut? If the latter, how are you exporting? If you have not done so, try playing the recorded file in another media player such as mpv or VLC to see how it sounds.

This is an export. I export it with the Youtube settings of SC as this forum don’t accept mp3 files.
But even if I export the voice over record as an audio file (I tried different format), it still sound sizzling, exactly like the guy of the YouTube video i put on my first message. So for me, sounds is bad the same way in the SC preview or after exporting.

Here is the original opus file of a voice-over recording

You can hear the popping artefacts in the middle of the track.
