I tried to recreate the Arrow opening scene in Shotcut, and I think I did well, but there are still areas that need improvement. This is just an idea, let me know what you think. Everything was made using Shotcut video editor.

If I may, I would increase the speed of the clips while the guy is running (in properties), make them shorter or duplicate them multiple time if you cannot re-shoot that scene and overlap them with the shaking forest more often.
Something like this (tell me if you want me to remove it)
