Quitar picos de volumen en la voz

Estoy preparando un vídeo. Me he dado cuenta que al principio de muchos párrafos hablo con un volumen de voz más alto y querría normalizarlo para quitar esos picos de volumen, pero no sé como hacerlo ¿alguien me puede ayudar?
El vídeo tiene varios clips.

Try the Limiter filter (Limitador in Spanish). It seems to work fine in the test I made.

A Limiter filter will detect when your audio has surpassed a threshold (limit) and will reduce the audio to stay within a range. The limiter filter acts as a wall where any audio that surpasses the desired threshold will only be heard at the level you choose on the Limit setting.

In that case, add the Limiter filter on the head of the track containing the audio clips.


I think you could also try the Normalizer or the Compressor filters. But in my test, I got the best results with the Limiter.

Muchas gracias por la explicación y el vídeo. Ya lo he probado y efectivamente funciona. Es la solución que necesitaba.
El audio siempre es lo que me resulta más difícil. En mi último vídeo he dejado la música tan baja que parece que no existe.
