Quality of HEVC main profile hw encoder

HEVC_NVENC quality can't be higher than cq 24 Bug

What is your operating system? Windows 11, and using RTX 3060 ti GPU. What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? 23.12.15 Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps? Increasing Quality on Export>HEVC Main Profile>Advanced>Codec does not chage bitrate until the Quality set to 52%(cq=24) or lower. [image]
