Proxy continues past 100%

This is a known issue that occurs with some source files:

Proxy Creation Status Has the Wrong Percentage

This happens with GoPro videos (and possibly others) because ffmpeg reports the output will be 0.03 fps even though it is not in the resulting video. This also happens with Convert and Reverse. We do not use the input fps because Convert can change the output frame rate, and we need frame rate because ffmpeg reports progress using frame counts. There is no fix at this time. Maybe in a future ffmpeg upgrade.

Have you tried to wait until it eventually completes? Generally, it will complete the job eventually and the resulting file is good.
