Hey there,
When I am using proxies, and my clip is in the timeline, the ‘Property’ tab shows the resolution/fps/… of the proxy. I’d argue, the properties of the original file would be more useful, because I only use the proxy because my computer is not powerful enough to render the full resolution of 4K 60fps.
In case one needs the proxy resolution, I’d say in the context menu that appears when hitting the ‘Proxy’-button on the Properties tab, one should be able to switch between the two.
Am I missing anything? I know that I can check the ‘Disable Proxy’ checkbox inthe Proxy context menu, and I get the properties of the original file, but then I just disabled the proxy, which is not what I want.
(BTW, perhaps worth a bug report, unchecking the box again, does not load the proxy file back. Neither into the properties-tab, nor appears ‘(PROXY)’ in the video in the timeline. Matter of fact, it removes the title of the clip entirely, and it does not come back even after reloading the project. only an (x5) is visible, because I sped up the clip five-fold.)
