Problems with EXPORT a video from ShotCut

Hello, I create videos with an insta360 One X2 camera. I reframe the video in insta360-Studio software (resolution 4K with 29.97 frames/sec). Then I cut and add music to the video in ShotCut (same resolution and frame rate).
After exporting the edited video, the output is fine after insta360 Studio export, but there is no MP4 output after ShotCut export. Only an MP3 sound file is output.
What am I doing wrong?

If I reduce the resolution to FullHD when exporting to ShotCut, everything is ok. Only the image quality is significantly worse than the original video.

All software-versions and firmware uptodate.

Other users have reported a similar problem.
Disabling Use hardware encoder in the Export panel seems to be working in most cases.

I have now solved the problem for myself. It was also because of the set codec. If I set this to “libx264” or “libx265”, the export also works at 4k with a resolution of 100%.
