J’utilise Shotcut depuis un peu plus d’un mois désormais et je n’ai jamais rencontré de souci jusqu’à hier. Je tourne mes vidéos sur smartphone en mode paysage, je les transfère sur mon ordinateur et ensuite je les édite et monte avec Shotcut.
Le logiciel m’indique à l’ouverture être la dernière version, a priori 21.05.01
Je suis sous Windows 10 et j’ai la version 64b
Je procède en créant un nouveau dossier par vidéo à monter, je vais chercher ma vidéo dans mon ordinateur, la fenêtre pour choisir le format s’ouvre (bon/mieux/meilleur), jusqu’à présent je prenais le meilleur format (mais j’ai testé les autres ça ne fonctionne pas plus) et depuis hier soir (09/06/2021) 19h environ, les vidéos se bloquent dans la phase de conversion.
Le bloquage peut se faire au premier % comme à 40% mais depuis ce matin c’est au premier %. J’ai même retourné une vidéo en pensant qu’elle était corrompue mais ça ne vient pas de mes vidéos.
J’ai aussi désinstallé le programme et re-installé à partir du téléchargement initial, le problème perdure.
Que faire pour résoudre ce problème ? Sans convertir mes vidéos je ne peux absolument rien faire.

I’ve been using Shotcut for a little over a month now and I’ve never had a problem until yesterday. I shoot my videos on my smartphone in landscape mode, I transfer them to my computer and then I edit them with Shotcut.
The software tells me when I open it that it is the latest version, a priori 21.05.01
I am under Windows 10 and I have the 64b version
I proceed by creating a new folder for each video to be edited, I go and get my video from my computer, the window to choose the format opens (good/better/best), until now I took the best format (but I tested the others it doesn’t work anymore) and since yesterday evening (09/06/2021) at about 7pm, the videos get blocked in the conversion phase.
The blocking can be done at the first % as at 40% but since this morning it is at the first %. I even flipped a video thinking it was corrupted but it’s not coming from my videos.
I also uninstalled the program and re-installed from the initial download, the problem still exists.
What can I do to solve this problem? Without converting my videos I can do absolutely nothing.
