Problem with it adding one extra frame to mov file formats

I’m using the latest version of Shotcut version 19.02.28
and there is a problem when you go into the properties Tab and look at framerate it adds an extra one frame to any 60fps mov videos please look at the two images below they will show you what it is supposed to be

This is not a bug. It is a difference in precision between Shotcut and Windows Explorer. Both are rounding from the real framerate, which is probably 60000/1001, but Shotcut shows more precision and Explorer less. 60000/1001 = 59.94005994005994005994005994006. Round that up to 4 decimal places and you get Shotcut’s result.
