Problem with exporting

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)

It is not a bug. It is a problem on your system or usage. See the line in the Job Log window “Could not open…” It means for whatever reason Shotcut is not allowed to write that file; it was blocked by the Windows operating system for a number of possible reasons.

Is there a way to fix that?

Try again with a different file name. Try a different folder or drive. I am not totally sure as I never have a problem like this. I know other people have, and you can try searching here on “export could not open” But many people who solve their own problem do not provide an update about what worked for them. :disappointed: Please do if you figure it out.
