Preview scaling doesn't work with 'Text: HTML'

Hi,
I’m using the fresh 20.04.12 version.
When I set the ‘Text: HTML’ filter with text in a transparent Track and set any kind of ‘Preview scaling’ nothing happens.
Taking ‘Text: Simple’ all fine.

This is not a bug; it’s just the way it is. Not everything can support preview scaling.
