Hey guys, so most of the time when I press the keyframe button, I can then start adjusting the value of whatever filter I’m using at different points of the video and I can have the value either smoothly or abruptly change. But sometimes, like in the screenshot where I wanted to set up a keyframe for the Contrast filter, I got the message “Hold Ctrl to drag a keyframe vertical only or Alt to drag horizontal only” instead. Could someone tell me what this means and how I can use the filter the way I wanted? Thanks a lot!
Ok I figured out the message “Hold Ctrl to drag a keyframe vertical only or Alt to drag horizontal only” means in the Keyframes panel I can move the keyframes in ways indicated in the message. So now the only question is why I couldn’t click on the Keyframes button on Contrast (though clicking on it does take me to the Keyframes panel, but the Keyframe button does not light up)
Is this a permanent issue? I mean, if you save the project, quit/relaunch Shotcut and reload the project, do you still have this problem?
Hello! Yes, it does seem like a permanent issue. I’ll try restarting my laptop later and see if that helps
