Is there any way to do any kind of motion graphics on Shotcut or anything near close to that??

The word “motion graphics” is sort of a general term with video. The link I provided takes you though tutorials people have set up for you to learn how to use Shotcut.
I’m not exactly sure what you’re looking for with “motion graphics”, but perhaps one of the tutorials in that list is what you’re looking for.
Perhaps share a video on YouTube and indicate with timestamps what you are wanting to accomplish.
