Those messages are not hard errors. They do not explain why an export job is failing. You can try not using hardware encoder. You can try to turn off Export > Advanced > Video > Parallel processing. If all these fail, when the export fails, it shows in the UI a timecode of the last successful point. Look just just after that point in the timeline to see if there is something strange or complicated that may be causing trouble. Try temporarily removing or disabling things in that area.
Hi,
Thanks for the workarounds shared to address the issue. I have experienced same issue even after disabling the hardware encoder and parallel processing as suggested. This was observed with Sotcut ver 19.02.28 on windows 10, 64 bit PC. Output GIF was currupted with color and shadows damage, of course animation works fine.

Kindly suggest the fix to get the best GIF exported, GIF is very essential for me.
Your problem is very different and should use an existing thread. Maybe your problem is due to the naturally limited color of GIF (256 different colors per file). You should show a frame and highlight the problem area. Shotcut does not produce optimal GIFs. You might want to export as MP4 and use another tool to make the GIF.
