I’m having a nightmare - Shotcut crashed with a 15min long video project I’d spent weeks on. Now it fails to open the project file (attached). Have looked on here and looked for the autosave folder but its empty.
Is there anything I can do?

Your file is full of NUL characters. You can read more about it in other posts:

You should restore a previous version from backup. If you do not have a backup, start doing that.
