Hello, would be great if there would be a option to make the Picture in Picture filter, as its used in vlogs and some gaming videos!

Picture in Picture can already be done in Shocut. Watch this tutorial. 
Also note that in the Size and Position filter there are already presets there to position your second video on each of the corners of the screen (Bottom Left, Bottom Right, Top Left, Top Right).
