I want to add a frame to an inserted picture.

How can I create a frame around a picture?

Can anybody help me?

Image secondaire sur V3 avec :
1/ Filtre SPR
2/ Filtre Recadrer: Rectangle

Main image on V1
Frame color on V2 with filter Crop: Rectangle
Secondary image on V3 with :
1/ SPR filter
2/ Crop: Rectangle Filter
