The problem arises when I set key frames in this filter in a cut section of the video and want to copy this part of the video several times, the filter stops working. I made a video to explain what I mean. I have a Windows 11 operating system, but this bug also works on Linux.

I reproduced it but also a little differently with Speed: Forward Only: the keyframes appear at the correct times, but the effect’s timing is different.
