Shotcut v23 won't open

SC 23.5.7 I upgraded. However, the plugin loading screen comes up and closes. where does it originate from? Thanks. system : Windows 10 x64 Screen card : 1 gb Plugins don’t load at all… it just stays put. and it is closing. [2023-05-09_185751]

More than likely your system lacks Direct3D 11, and you need to run the older version listed under Windows 7 on the downloads page.
