Open video in external video player

Make it possible to watch video playback on an external video player (E.g: mpv) instead of Shotcut’s native player.

The simplest implementation is to at least make it possible to view a resource (Video, image, etc.) in file manager and then open it from there (Or even more simply, allow copying the path of a resource).

When the job is done exporting, right-click, and select “Show In Folder”.
