One channel Mono to 2 channel Mono

I’m at the early stages of learning Shotcut, I’m running version 20.2.17 on a PC. I have a .mov file with mono (one channel) embedded in it. Obviously when playing the video the sound only comes out of one channel (left). I would like to push the mono through both channels (left and right). I have not found any obvious way of changing the one channel mono to two channel mono. Is this possible? if so how?

Audio filters --> Copy channel.
