the current Shotcut version 23.05.14
that replaced old 2022 shotcut version when the bug 1st started to show up.
running an antivirus did not help at all.
Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
open the current Shotcut version 23.05.14
then when I import a 80MB .MP4 video in to Shotcut, its starts to slow as if the video file is somehow like its 4k or larger than it is? as I try to play the video I get bad video buffering . Shotcut go’s into
windows ( software not responding ) than plays a bit before Shotcut repeat it again.
even then the video or any video is in the time-line the buffering and windows ( software not responding ) message keeps showing up then I play any video.
looking at windows device manager shows that Shotcut is slowly using up the 16 GB of memory.
when the memory use by Shotcut gets to 70% I shut down Shotcut so my windows will not crash.
