Unfortunately you didn’t provide any details or any information.
I wrote a Requesting Support tutorial.
It’s a bit outdated based upon the current version of Shotcut.
There is no GPU Effects.
There is a lot of information in this forum, perhaps reading a bit of the forum may also help you in your quest in solving your issue.
