Not responding then crashing floating Filters panel

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)

shortcut stops responding then crushes when i put the filters window in floating mode and i move it , it happens all the time i do it

I do not reproduce this. I even tried on each display of a multiple screen setup and even having Shotcut on one screen and Filters on another. I guess this is some bad interaction with your GPU (mine is NVIDIA RTX 3060), and you should avoid doing it. Maybe in a future version when the GUI library is updated it will work.
