Not possible to open any video file

Shotcut version 25.05.11 portable

When I try to open any video file I get “failed to open …”
The log file says:

  • mlt_repository_init: failed to dlopen D:\Downloads\Tools\Videobearbeitung\Shotcut\lib\mlt/libmltavformat.dll
  • [consumer 0x1d3e11fd540] The DeckLink drivers not installed.

Please see the FAQ . Something like anti malware is likely blocking the libmltavformat DLL. This is not something we can fix. It is a problem on your system.
