Not exporting video

I am a new shotcut user so I have no experience exporting videos. I have attached the job log. It doesn’t even start exporting the video to any percent. I have reopened the shotcut file. It didn’t work still. Any help would be appreciated. @hudson555x

The 10th line down in the job log says an MP4 file could not be opened. Perhaps it is missing, or there are permission restraints on the Desktop folder. There is a Windows Protected Folders Access “feature” that causes this permission problem sometimes.

Typically, commonly used folders, such as those used for documents, pictures, downloads, and so on, are included in the list of controlled folders.

I just remember restricting access to mlt and melt.exe files so I uninstalled my Avast antivirus. The protected folders access feauture is off so it wasn’t the problem. It exported successfully just this morning. Thanks for the assistance <3
