I have a video project loaded and I need to learn how to filter the audio.Purpose was that the video has loud music in background and I am trying to hear the dialogue

That’s background noise reduction, use audio software, or ai tools, my personal favourites are adobe audition and audacity.

Also like idk about ai tools but there are many for free.

thanks for the reply to my discussion… being a newby is hard mainly because I have not learned all the definitions and actions these buttons make.

I have audacity but it is a new program for me and I will look into the adobe audition thanks again

You can watch tutorials there are many, also audacity is good enough, audition is paid software but tbh it’s really good.

Your use case is more dependent on ai voice seperation.

With the 26.6.25 release, you can try the new RNNoise filter to improve dialog intelligibility.
