With the new update, can you show where the “Bitrate” menu is please. I like to encode them to 40mb.
I’ve found most of the other menus I’ve used, but it’s all over the place unlike before.
Also the “Dual pass” option I can’t find.

In the Export panel, you need to click on the advanced button at the bottom then click on the codec tab and you can change the rate control to average bitrate which will make a new box appear in which you can set the bitrate. Also here, just a bit lower is the dual pass entry.
