I was thinking that maybe below 50% = Not lit, Above 50% lit.

My example is for the 4th segment. So I think you mean "half way between 76% and 100%? So maybe 87%? The 4th segment would never be lit for 74%, because that value maps to the 3rd segment.

And like I mentioned, if it was possible to have the option of using or not the transparency, the filters could be adapted to all situations.

I don’t know. I think that too many specific options take away from the ease of use of the filter. I already think that the segment feature has added to many options.

Also, my (personal) option is that with or without the transparency, the segment graph does not look good on the background image you demonstrated with. I think that, in general, the segment graphs will be used on a solid background.
