Need help with importing video

Continuing the discussion from Greetings!:

Please help! I was just beginning to learn how to edit videos with Shotcut. I downloaded it 4 days ago and it worked just fine until today. I imported 2 videos from the same camera and filmed the same day. Suddenly one of the imported videos is just white in the preview screen. I can hear the audio, but can’t see the video to edit it.

Select the clip and look in Properties and make sure Track in the Video tab is not set to None
