No parallel processing box probably means you’re running the 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit version. Any particular reason? Try downloading and switching to the 64-bit version. The 32-bit version was discontinued sometime ago, so you’re probably not using the most recent version either.
Also right-click on a failed job entry and send us a copy of the log.
The log is too big to paste or to fit on screen.
Try looking for the word “error” and send us a few lines around it.
At the bottom of the log file window is a option to save.
Once saved, you can just upload it here in the reply window by either dragging/dropping in here, or by using the upload icon.
