As the title says, I am trying to make a video and my display looks very small, and I don’t know where to make it larger (Because I haven’t used it in ab a month or so) and i’m wondering where you can make the display larger, also sorry if this is an faq.

It look to me like you have a “Size and Position” filter applied to that clip. Select the clip in the timeline, clic on the Filters tab and check what values you have put in the Size and the Position boxes of that filter.
Reinstalling Shotcut might solve this new problem. Like it’s suggested in the warning window we see in your screen capture.
