I hope someone can help. Thanks in Advance

Is a system level error code not specific to shotcut, the first step would likely be a clean install of shotcut and your graphics drivers. It also looks like you’re using dropbox as a location for something? I’d suggest moving files into local folders not ones using dropbox or google drive sync as they might not actually be present when shotcut goes to use them.

There is your problem. 32-bit has too limited memory; not a Shotcut limitation but a numeric one. It is so bad that the 32-bit builds are discontinued and the current version is the last. Upgrade to 64-bit if you can. Otherwise, you need to simplify your project to stay with memory limits.
