MP4 Format for ShareX

Hi Folks,

Need help with ShareX.

How do I make my video format to be save as “MP4”?

When I made a video, and when I look at the video that I captured, it format as “AVI”.

How do I change it to be “mp4 “ on ShareX??

Hi @cruznvideollc

Go to Task settings > Capture > Screen recorder
Then click the Screen recording options button and check what setting is used in Video encoder
Mine is set to H.264/x264 and it saves as MP4s
